We want you to be completely satisfied with your APERÇU frames. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn eyewear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear, protective case, and cleaning cloth back into the original box to ensure the frames are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
